Jorge A. Dominicis

Mr. Dominicis joined The GEO Group, Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of GEO Community Services. He is responsible for the overall management, administrative, and business development activities of The GEO Group's treatment, reentry, and electronic monitoring operations. These operations include all services delivered in GEO treatment and reentry facilities, as well as electronic monitoring, and the ICE Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). During his tenure, the divisions he oversees increased revenue eleven fold, including approximately $100 million in annualized organic revenue growth and over $300 million in revenue from acquired operations. Prior to joining The GEO Group, Mr. Dominicis served for 14 years as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Florida Crystals Corporation, where he was responsible for all governmental and public affairs activity at the local, state, and federal level, as well as for the coordination of community outreach and charitable involvement. Mr. Dominicis also has served in various public and government policy positions.
