Immigration Services

BI operates the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP), a highly structured alternative to detention program that supports Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) under U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Program participants are supervised in the community via comprehensive case management and location monitoring systems. ISAP facilitates compliance with release conditions established by ERO and with decisions issued by U.S. Immigration Judges.
