At the January 2018 American Correctional Association (ACA) conference held in Orlando, Florida, six GEO facilities received ACA reaccreditation.
ACA established a national accreditation process to improve professionalism in corrections and reentry.
There are currently 64 GEO facilities that have received ACA accreditation. GEO’s facilities are always praised for their commitment to high operational standards.
