He led the installation of a new phone system, oversaw the complete rewiring of phone and camera lines, and eliminated all unsecured hubs, enhancing both security and efficiency. His leadership also extended to upgrading the proximity card system, replacing 56 door access readers, and assisting in the programming of Master Control touch screens and door controllers.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Singh’s multilingual abilities in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu have made him an invaluable resource. He is frequently called upon by ICE and GEO executive staff to provide live translation services for Indian detainees, fostering clearer communication and cultural understanding. His support in the law library, especially with computer-related inquiries, has further empowered detainees in navigating legal resources.
