Participants in the program undergo 296 hours of rigorous technical instruction, covering a wide range of essential topics. The curriculum includes training in NCCER Core, Photovoltaics, Heavy Equipment, and Electrical, which are critical for understanding the fundamental aspects of solar technology and installation.
In addition to these core competencies, the program also ensures that participants are well-versed in safety and emergency procedures.
